This executive summary (which is a whopping 28 pages!!) is a high-level overview of many of the individual, business, green energy, and international provisions of the Build Back Better bill. It may be useful to business owners who want or need to understand the potential scope and impact of this pending legislation.

The House has passed this resolution and it’s been sent to the Senate where they will debate the bill. It is expected that the Senate will make changes, meaning the bill will have to go back to the House to be voted on again before it becomes law.
